Managing fees, taxes, and administrative payments is often a fragmented and highly technical process. iTaxas was designed to centralize and simplify these interactions, serving both public users and internal entities responsible for managing and validating payments. This project focused on designing a cohesive experience across two distinct areas of the platform: public-facing interfaces and private, internal environments. The challenge was to balance accessibility for citizens with the operational complexity required by administrative users.
